Bactiblock against SARS-CoV-2

Succesful results against SARS-CoV-2 have been recently obtained with our additive BactiBlock 101 S1.19. The screening test performed according to UNE-EN 14476:2014 + A1:2015 shows a reduction > 99,99% of viral activity in 60 minutes when it comes to Vaccinia virus. Vaccinia Virus is an envelopped virus and this result covers all enveloped viruses, including all Coronaviruses (e.g. SARS-CoV-2 originating COVID-19 disease).
BactiBlock 101 S1.19 is a BPR registered additive compatible with all kinds of coatings, paints, floorings, plastic materials, ceramic applications or nonwowen textiles, hence scope of application is vast.
