BactiBlock® will exhibit at the AMERICAN COATINGS SHOW!

The 2024 American Coatings Show and Conference is fast approaching and we are happy to confirm our assistance as exhibitors. ACS 2024 will be held in Indianapolis from April 30 to May 2. The show remains the most important event for the coatings industry in America, bringing together thousands of industry professionals while providing a platform for companies to connect with customers.

Biocides are essential to protect the integrity and functionality of paints & coatings from microbial contamination, especially when it comes to water-based formulations. With the transition towards more sustainable paint formulations that are waterborne, the susceptibility to microbial contamination should be better controlled to increase shelf life and functional lifetime. However, the use of biocides is being more and more restricted becoming a challenge to find a compatible and performant solution.

Our additives BactiBlock® 101 R1.47 and BactiBlock® 920 B4 that are EPA registered provide a cost-efficient and long-lasting solution to different kinds of formulations. Waterborne, solvent borne, powder coatings, glazes, enamels and much more formulations can be treated with BactiBlock®.

Either you’re looking for in-can preservation or dry-film protection the BactiBlock® technology will be a good option. Furthemore, don’t forget that being able to put in the market a coating or finishing with antimicrobial properties will provide an instant added value, creating a more attractive product to consumers.

If you are interested in knowing more about BactiBlock®, do not hesitate to visit our booth 514 and meet our team!  We will be more than happy to welcome you.
